Lisa Ankeny

I am a clinical graduate student working with Dr. Reynolds in the MoCC Lab. Broadly; my interests involve exploring the relationship between cognitive control and behavioral phenotypes, particularly response inhibition and cognitive flexibility. I am specifically interested in understanding the mechanisms underlying control processes, and their involvement in developmental psychopathology. In the lab, I work on behavioral and neuroimaging studies investigating various aspects of cognitive control processes and functional organization of the PFC.

Prior to coming to Denver, I worked at the Center for Cognitive Medicine at University of Illinois at Chicago, where I was involved neuroimaging and oculomotor studies of autism and schizophrenia. In my free time, I enjoy being outside with my dog, hiking and skiing.
