Minor in Psychology

A minimum of 20-quarter hours of psychology, including 10 quarter hours of 2000-3000 level courses is required for a minor. These 20 hours must be passed at a C- or greater, and students must have a minor GPA across all psychology classes of 2.0 or better. Students must complete PSYC 1001, Foundations of Psychological Science, plus one course each from 2 of the 4 categories for the BA degree (i.e., Development, Cognition & Neuroscience, Social, or Clinical). Those entering DU BEFORE Fall of 2010 cannot count PSYC 1001 for BOTH SOCS and the Psychology minor.
