Transfer Policies: Applying Transfer Credits to a Major or Minor in Psychology

Students who have taken Psychology courses at another academic institution and who seek to apply transfer credits to specific Psychology major or minor requirements at DU must receive approval from a department academic advisor. Before approval can be determined, students must provide the advisor with information about the course (e.g., a description from a University Bulletin, syllabus, or name of text). The first step is to complete this form on-line. You will then need to set up an appointment with a department academic advisor. At least 50% of the required credit hours for the major and minor must be completed at the University of Denver. See a department academic advisor for details.
