The RCSDF is dedicated to serving parents and families of all income levels. Because the normal rate of services may be too high for some families to pay, the RCSDF has created a sliding scale fee system based off the 2012 – 2013 Federal Poverty Guidelines. Costs of services for families are determined by converting the combined gross annual income of both parents to an annualized figure. Families will be assessed for sliding scale eligibility based on this annualized figure and family size. For more information, please see the sliding scale fee chart.
