Privacy/FERPA: This option will let you view the University of Denver's Policy Statement on Student Privacy in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act as amended in 1974. Also available here, is a copy of the Annual Notification of Disclosure of Student Information that is mailed to students and the FERPA compliance brochure for faculty and staff and a tutorial for faculty and staff.
