Gifted Children at the University of Denver
Curious, intense, creative, persistent; an acute sense
of justice; a keen sense of humor; opinionated and independent; sensitive
and perceptive are all words and phrases that describe gifted children.
A promising mind needs both great care and extraordinary nourishment,
especially in a child. The curriculum at the Ricks Center is designed
to address the whole
child, including his or her emotional, intellectual, aesthetic, physical and
social needs. |
