Professional Liability
Various types of professional liability are maintained by the University for those involved in specialty practices. This coverage does not cover pro-bono, or private practice of any kind. Please call the Director for your specific needs and training at 303.871.2327.
Coverage provided for DU organized activities include:
- Medical/Psychologists Malpractice for interns and supervising professors while in the course of their duties for DU
- Lawyer’s Legal restricted for the purpose of the Law Clinics
- Summer Camps provided for Making of an Engineer, Making of a Scientist, etc.
- Club Sports coverage is provided for all DU club sports, and for those activities that involve organized physical activity. If you have questions whether your activity requires club sports coverage, contact the Director at 303.871.2327.
For Vendors:
- Summer Camp insurance is required for all 3rd party vendors of self-sponsored camps
- Travel Agency Insurance is required for all travel agents planning programs for DU travel
