Adult Aquatics
Instructional Programs
Whether your goal is to become a more proficient swimmer or to become a lifeguard, we offer several different instructional programs for participants ages 15 and older.
Private swim lessons
- Learn to swim or brush up on your skills in this one-on-one instructional setting.
Lifeguard classes
- Gain skills in preventative lifeguarding, in-water rescue techniques, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and basic first aid.
Water safety instructor classes
- Become an American Red Cross water safety instructor, and learn to teach children and adults to swim, and give water safety presentations to kids and their parents.
Masters Swim program
- Get fit or train for a race with the Masters Swim program.
