Get ready to sweat boot-camp style. Each class targets a different major muscle group to improve endurance, increase flexibility and build overall strength. If you are hoping to increase your overall fitness level, the Boot Camp speciality classes are for you.
Boot Camp speciality classes meet twice a week at 6 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, and are led by personal trainer Alison Eichten.
