Boot Camps

If you are looking to change your workout or pick up your pace, try out one of our boot camp classes. These small group workouts provide instruction from a personal trainer one to two times per week.

TRX

This total-body suspension training work out will help you increase stamina, stability and strength. This is your chance to workout with one of the top fitness items on the market with a certified trainer. Change up your workout and see new results.

Winter Warrior

Shred the snow this season like never before. This class is a must for serious winter athletes. Tone your legs, glutes and core for a body to handle the elements of different winter activities
