Specialty Classes

If you are looking to change your workout or pick up your pace, try out one of our new Specialty Classes. These small group workouts provide instruction from a personal trainer one or two times per week for a month, and focus on specific skills or fitness goals. The number of participants in each classes is limited.

Get ready to sweat boot-camp style. Each class targets a different major muscle group to improve endurance, increase flexibility and build overall strength. If you are hoping to increase your overall fitness level, the Boot Camp specialty classes are for you.

Powder Power

Get ready to sweat to make the most of your time on the slopes this winter. Target all of the muscle groups that will improve endurance, increase flexibility, and built overall strength for those days on the mountain. Classes are led by Personal Trainer Alison Eichten.

Turbo Treadmill

Maximize your indoor running routine with this cardio blasting workout! Power through intervals, hills and sprints through treadmill circuits and finish it out with bodyweight exercises. Classes are led by Personal Trainer Riann Elliott.

TRX Crunch

Enjoy our custom-made TRX equipment to optimize your overall strength and balance. By using gravity and body weight, your workout will be taken to its highest potential. Classes are let by Personal Trainer Emily Venrick.

Varsity Boot Camp
