If you are looking to change your workout or pick up your pace, try out one of our boot camp classes. These small group workouts provide instruction from a personal trainer one to two times per week.

This total-body suspension training work out will help you increase stamina, stability and strength. This is your chance to workout with one of the top fitness items on the market with a certified trainer. Change up your workout and see new results.
PIO-FIT is a strength and conditioning program of constantly varied high intensity, functional movement. Combine a variety of movements to help improve your fitness. Movements may include jump roping, weight lifting, pull-ups, kettle bells, TRX and body weight exercises. The camp will involve a 20-minute warm-up, then 20-25 minutes of high intensity work, followed by a 20-minute cool down.
PIO-FIT boot camps are offered with either one or two sessions per week.
Get in a calorie-burning workout in a fun, small-group setting with tennis balls, TRX and so much more. You don't have to be a tennis pro to join these classes--just a basic knowledge of tennis will do.
