PIO-FIT

PIO-FIT is a strength and conditioning program featuring fast, intense workouts that take less than an hour. The trainer-led workouts vary daily and combine movements such as sprinting, jumping rope, weight lifting, body weight exercises and more, all inside the specialized PIO-FIT studio at the Coors Fitness Center.

A typical PIO-FIT workout will include:

  • a 15-minute active warm-up
  • a 30-minute intense workout
  • a 10- or 15-minute cool down

Session Calendar

Each PIO-FIT workout session is trainer-led and limited to five participants.

Monday
6:30 – 7:30 a.m.: Chad
12 – 1 p.m.: Andy

Tuesday
5 – 6 a.m.: Jean Luc
9 – 10 a.m.: Chris
12 – 1 p.m.: Alison
5:30 – 6:30 p.m.: Chad

Wednesday
6:30 – 7:30 a.m.: Julie
Thursday
5 – 6 a.m.: Jean Luc
9 – 10 a.m.: Chris
12 – 1 p.m.: Alison
5:30 – 6:30 p.m.: Becca

Friday
6:30 – 7:30 a.m.: Chad
9 - 10 a.m.: Alison

Saturday
8 -9 a.m.: Alternating trainers


PIO-FIT boot camps are also offered twice a week.

Registration

Monthly membership

Purchase an PIO-FIT monthly membership at the Coors Fitness Center front desk for $42/month.

Membership provides access to our daily PIO-FIT workout sessions and allows you to register online for your preferred session up to 48 hours in advance. Registration is also available at the Coors Fitness Center front desk or by calling 303-871-3845. Each PIO-FIT workout session is limited to five participants.

Daily drop-in

Interested in PIO-FIT but don't want to commit to a monthly membership? Drop in to any PIO-FIT session for just $20 (based on availability). To register, or check session availability, please stop by the Coors Fitness Center front desk or call 303-871-3845.
