PIO-FIT boot camps are strength and conditioning classes featuring fast, intense workouts that take less than an hour. The trainer-led workouts vary daily and combine movements such as sprinting, jumping rope, weight lifting, body weight exercises and more, all inside the specialized PIO-FIT studio at the Coors Fitness Center.

A typical PIO-FIT workout will include:

  • a 15-minute active warm-up
  • a 30-minute intense workout
  • a 10- or 15-minute cool down

Back on Track

PIO-FIT Back on Track includes single, 50-minute classes offered twice every month:

9:15 a.m., first Monday of every month
5:45 p.m., second Tuesday of every month
