Parking & Directions

The Ritchie Center is conveniently located at I-25 and University Boulevard. We have two addresses, depending on which side of the facility you need to access.

  • south entrance--2201 E. Asbury Ave., Denver, CO 80208
  • north entrance--2240 E. Buchtel Blvd., Denver, CO 80208

Parking options

There are several parking options around the Ritchie Center.

  • street parking--Metered parking is available on Buchtel Boulevard.
  • on-campus meter parking--Metered parking is available for $1 per hour on the north side of the Ritchie Center in parking lots 311 and 314.
  • event parking--varies by event. Generally, parking is available in lots 103, 103, L, C, W, or T. Please check with your event coordinator for details on which parking lots are available for your event. Event parking ranges from $7-$20 per vehicle.

General driving directions

From north Denver

  1. Take I-25 south toward Colorado Springs.
  2. Take the University Boulevard exit (Exit 205).
  3. Turn right onto South University Boulevard and drive south approximately 0.1 miles.

From south Denver

  1. Take I-25 north.
  2. Take the University Boulevard exit (Exit 205).
  3. Turn left onto South University Boulevard and drive south approximately 0.1 miles.
