Presidential Debate Update

The Ritchie Center will host the first Presidential Debate on Wednesday, Oct. 3, and parking at the building will be impacted. Please visit the Presidential Debate News & Updates page for parking and closures information.

The Daniel L. Ritchie Center for Sports and Wellness is located on the University of Denver campus, near the intersection of University and Buchtel Boulevards.

The Ritchie Center has two addresses, based on the entrance you wish to access:

• south entrance: 2201 E. Asbury Ave., Denver, CO 80208
• north entrance: 2240 E. Buchtel Blvd., Denver, CO 80208

If you are a first-time visitor to the Ritchie Center, please call 303-871-3845 for instructions directions to our visitor parking lot. Find other campus parking on the DU parking map (PDF). All vehicles parked on campus must display a valid permit, unless otherwise noted on the map.

Free Ritchie Center parking permits are available for our current members and participants. To request a parking permit, please visit the DU parking services website and select “Ritchie Center log in.”

General driving directions

From north Denver

1. Take I-25 south toward Colorado Springs.
2. Take the University Boulevard exit (Exit 205).
3. Turn right onto South University Boulevard and drive south approximately 0.1 miles.

From south Denver

1. Take I-25 north.
2. Take the University Boulevard exit (Exit 205).
3. Turn left onto South University Boulevard and drive south approximately 0.1 miles.
