You can register by calling our registration desk at 303-871-3925 or stopping by the gymnastics office. Because our learn gymnastics program is so popular, it is important to register early.

Often times, our program is full, and it’s not possible to register immediately. In this case, we’ll add your child to a waitlist.

In the last two weeks of each series, we give current participants the opportunity to re-register for the same class time, level and day.

Current participants have until the last class of the current series to re-register in the same class. Following the last class day, we’ll give any unclaimed spots to members of the learn gymnastics waitlist. You can register at the front desk or by phone at 303-871-3925.

Our front desk hours are 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 5 – 8 p.m. Monday - Thursday, and 9 a.m. – noon Saturday.

If you do not re-enroll your child during priority registration, you may still be able to enroll in a learn gymnastics class.

Please call the front desk immediately if you miss priority registration and would like to re-enroll. If your spot has been taken, we’ll do our best to find an opening that accommodates your needs. If we can’t find a spot, we’ll place you on the waitlist.

To have your child’s name added to our waitlist, call 303-871-3925 or email gymnastics-rec@du.edu. You must provide the following information:

• Names of participant/guardian
• Top three choices of desired class (level, day and time)
• Preferred contact information

We’ll notify you if a learn gymnastics spot becomes available. For more information, refer to our waitlist policies.

Though we strongly encourage participants to keep the same schedule throughout the series, we also make every effort to accommodate your needs.

If you’d like to request a transfer, please contact the front office. If we can’t accommodate your change request, we’ll add you to the waitlist and notify you when a spot becomes available.

Participants must wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in yet not excessively baggy. A leotard is recommended for girls and shorts and a T-shirt for boys. Hair should be tied back. Jewelry and watches are not allowed.

Our instructors evaluate each child's progress based upon USA Gymnastics guidelines and recreational fitness curricula.

Throughout each series, our instructors complete an assessment of each participant’s progress. Once your child has mastered the required skills, his/her instructor will recommend a class change.

Because of extremely high enrollment in learn gymnastics classes, we can’t accommodate requests for make-up classes. We only offer make-up classes when the absence is the result of a gym closure.
