Class Levels
Parent-tot (18 months to 3 years)
This 50-minute class, designed for children ages 18 months to 3 years, requires parental participation.
Obstacle courses and other stations allow parents and children to work independently and at their own pace. Participation in this class helps to refine motor skills and develop spatial awareness.
Cost: $140/series
Preschool (3 to 5 years)
This 50-minute class is designed for children ages 3-5.
Class time focuses on developing coordination, balance, strength and rhythm. We emphasize the ability to listen, follow directions and take turns.
Cost: $140/series
Beginner girls (5 and older)
This one-hour class is offered to girls ages 5 and older.
This class familiarizes gymnasts with the basics of all four Olympic events, trampoline and dance that are fundamental to gymnastics.
Cost: $155/series
Beginner boys (5 and older)
This hour-long class is for boys ages 5 and older.
Through this class, we introduce the basic skills of tumbling, trampoline, bars and vault.
Cost: $155/series
Intermediate
Gymnasts enrolling in this 75-minute class will work to perfect and expand upon the basic skills already learned.
Cost: $170/series
Dynamites (12 and older)
This class meets for 75 minutes and is offered to students ages 12 and older.
Dynamites is an ideal class for participants who do not want to follow the traditional “team track” class progression but want to develop gymnastics skills, and build strength and fitness.
Cost: $170/series
Advanced and pre-team
These two-hour classes require gymnasts to focus on all the gymnastics and dance-related skills necessary for early competition.
Pre-team level gymnasts must commit to attending two classes a week.
