Why we may place your child on a waitlist:

• Your child would like to join the program but classes are full.

We may place your child on the priority waitlist if:

• Your child is currently enrolled in the program and needs to change classes.
• Your child is moving up to the next class level.
• You’d like to put a sibling of a currently enrolled participant in a class.

How our waitlist process works:

We call those on the waitlist immediately after the last class of each series. We call those on the priority waitlist first and fill spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.

• If spaces are still available after 24 hours, we’ll call those on the regular waitlist. Again, we will fill classes on a first-come/first-served basis.
• If you receive a call and don’t respond, we’ll remove you from the waitlist. If you don’t want to take the space we offer you, but would like to remain on the waitlist, you must return our call and notify us of your request.
• If we feel the waitlist has reached capacity, we’ll close it to provide a reasonable opportunity for those on the waitlist to get into a class.
• The waitlists are cleared every January and July. This provides an opportunity for us to update our lists and ensure their accuracy. If you’re on a waitlist at one of these times and are still interested in learn gymnastics, you must call to put your name back on the waitlist.
