Receive financial assistance while you pursue a Master of Science (MS) or Doctorate (PhD) degree by applying for a Teaching Assistantship (TA) or Research Assistantship (RA) position.
Submit a graduate admission application by April 1 to be considered for a TA position in the following academic year. Teaching Assistantship applications are sent out with acceptance letters.
International Applicants: Graduate Teaching Assistantships for International students are contingent upon the requirement that you demonstrate fluency in spoken English by scoring a minimum of 26 on the Internet Based TOEFL (iBT) exam speaking section, an IELTS score of 8 on the speaking section, or a minimum of 50 on the Test of Spoken English (TSE). The speaking section of the iBT has replaced the TSE exam in most countries.
