Applications II

Applications II involve the analysis of AC circuits in the time and frequency domain. The response of AC circuits, including impedance and resonance, to time varying functions are investigated utilizing function generators and oscilloscopes. Students continue their development of LabVIEW programming techniques.
 
Co-requisites: ENEE 2021 or permission of instructor.
 
Prerequisites: ENEE 2011, ENEE 2015, Differential and integral calculus, and LabVIEW

  5. First order frequency response. (1 lab)
  6. Arrays and clusters. (1 lab)
  7. Second order frequency response. (1 lab)
  8. Strings and file I/O. (1 lab)
  9. Fourier analysis. (1 lab)
10.Butterworth & Chebyschev filters. (1 lab)
Class/Laboratory Schedule: 1 laboratory per week, 2 hours 50 minutes.
