Fluoroscopic Modulation Transfer Functions (MTFs)
The Modulation Transfer Function (MTFs) of radiographic fluoroscopic systems was measured with a line pair resolution pattern and an oscilloscope connected to the video output of the imaging chain. Measurements are used for routine evaluation and adjustment, and to determine the need to replace compnents of the imaging chain.
