Experience
Dr. Salters has motivated interest in the
electric power system research community, in power systems
research, and undergraduate student education, and provided
leadership and funding for special initiatives in Electric Power
Systems design and analysis, and Global Wireless Communications
Systems developments. Through these activities, he has
demonstrated Technical Skills in power systems, communications
systems and general systems theory. He teaches courses in
electronics, signals and systems, controls, robotics, engineering
mathematics, electromagnetic theory, antennas, communications and
communications systems, and information theory.
