Prof. Marian Bussey has developed collaborative program evaluation projects with three Denver agencies serving youth with mental illnesses, families with at-risk teens, and American Indian families. She is the co-editor of, and the author of several chapters in, the book Trauma Transformed that examines empowerment approaches in trauma intervention. At GSSW, she teaches courses on mental health assessment, trauma, research and evaluation, and the history of social work.  Prof. Bussey is also the program coordinator of the Interpersonal Trauma Studies Certificate that is offered within the MSW curriculum.
