Research Associate Professor Robin Leake also serves as Research and Evaluation Director for the Butler Institute for Families. The Butler Institute seeks to enhance the well-being of children, youth and families through child welfare research, professional development and organizational capacity building.
Leake's research and program evaluation focus on workforce and organizational development, child welfare interventions, systems change implementation and building the capacity of tribal child welfare programs. She is the principal investigator of an evaluation of the National Child Welfare Workforce Institute, whose purpose is to build child welfare leadership and workforce. Leake is also the principal investigator of the evaluation for the Children's Bureau National Research Center for Tribes.
