Description: Mobile is quickly becoming the default state of the Internet. More than half of Facebook's 1 billion users access it from mobile devices. More smartphones are sold than PCs and this year more people will surf using their smartphone than PCs. Tablets are quickly replacing PCs for the "big screen" behavior. Foursquare has over 20+ million users and Instagram is adding over 7 million people a day! This course will cover how businesses can use mobile marketing tools and highlight the differences between traditional mobile marketing and the new wave of contextual tools that empower businesses. Students will develop strategies and tactics to address the evolution in consumer behavior.
