Photography in Santa Fe

Description

A stimulating class, based in Santa Fe, New Mexico with appeal to photographers at all levels of proficiency, from beginners to advanced.  Working from a hotel base in Santa Fe, new Mexico, this week long program of instruction is designed to: enhance your skill level as a photographer; heighten your appreciation for the use of photography as an expressive medium and explore the rich art and culture of Norther New Mexico.  Through field trip based camera instruction, classroom based critiques and discussion of composition and photo history, the completion of assignments, (photographic) supplemented by visits to museums and galleries, (i.e. Monroe Gallery, Verve Gallery, New Mexico Museum of Art, and SITE Santa Fe) this class contains the ingredients necessary to expand your knowledge and proficiency of photography as a medium for expression and learning.

This course is open to students of all skill levels.

Approximate travel costs*: $850.00

Transportation:  Students may drive or fly. Students are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
Program fee: $850 (Covers lodging, gallery and museum fees if applicable, most ground transportation and two group meals)
Cancellation fee: $850 (Non-refundable, applied to student account in the event student drops the course.)
   
*Tuition fees apply and are in addition to travel expenses.
