Description: The first portion of this course consists of a set of required readings to provide a foundation and background in the areas of investment exchanges, the commodities markets, investment banking, mergers, restructuring and commercial banking. This will be followed by five days in New York visiting the exchanges, brokerage firms, investment bankers and commercial banks. Note: This class fills very quickly. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Prerequisite: junior standing or permission of instructor.

| Lodging: | $1,400 (Rate based on double-occupancy. Accommodations available through Special Community Programs Office.) |
| Food: | $50 per day |
| Cancellation Fee: | $500 (Applied to student account if student drops course after being officially registered.) |
