Interpersonal
violence or
sexual misconduct in any form is inappropriate and will not be accepted
at the University of Denver. DU is
committed to ending gender violence in its community and has created
an office dedicated to providing support
and advocacy for survivors of gender violence.
The GVESS Office provides services to all who need them regardless of race, color, national origin, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, marital status, and veteran status. If you would like to talk about a sexual assault, are unsure if you have been assaulted, or would like to chat about your options, then please contact the GVESS Office: Lisa Ingarfield
You
can also call the on call team of advocates at
DU (The SASA Network):
The Clothesline Project at DU. T-shirts designed by those affected by sexual assault blow in the wind on the Campus Green. The message they tell us is that sexual assault affects anyone and everyone. We must work together to end it. How much do you know about sexual assault? Take our quiz and find out! |
