PROGRAMMING RESOURCES:

• All Licensed Student Organizations should have received a Student Organization Handbook at the Annual Student Leadership Training Conference, held in May, or upon licensing if it is a new group this academic year. For a .pdf copy of the handbook, click here.
  
  
• All student groups MUST follow University Policy & Procedures when programming on campus. These policies include, but not limited to Calendar Registration of Events, Student Organization Contract Process, Risk Management, University Counsel, Catering & Vending agreements, Reservation and Audio Visual timelines.
