Sodexo is the University’s premier food service provider. They can create a custom catering menu for your event with respect to your budget. They can also help you navigate the policies and restrictions for serving food and beverage in different spaces on campus.

Sodexo offers two different methods of food service for student events: Simply-to-Go and Flavours by Sodexo.
- Simply-To-Go is recommended for smaller or less formal events, and often features lower prices. The offered selection includes Breakfast on the Go, Meals on the Go, drinks, sweets and snacks. Simply-To-Go orders can be placed online or over the phone, and are picked up at either the Subway located in Driscoll Student Center or the Front Porch Café in the Anderson Academic Commons. No delivery or staffer charges apply.
- Flavours by Sodexo is a more formal option. Staffers will either stay and provide waiting service throughout the event, or just set up and break down their services. Flavours offers a wider menu than Simply-To-Go, and provides flatware and silverware as necessary. A delivery fee of $50 applies to orders under $150, in addition to labor and linen charges, which are applied to all applicable orders.

Be sure to have an approximate headcount for your event, as well as an understanding of your catering needs (lemonade and cookies or three-course meal?). Three days before your event, call 303-871-7737 to confirm headcount and catering details.
Note: Sodexo does not provide tables. Find out from Sodexo how many tables are needed, then coordinate with a representative from your event venue to find out how table setup is arranged.
