Marcia is in her seventh year working for University Disability Services at DU. She worked as an Accommodations Specialist for the Disability Services Program prior to her position as an Administrative Assistant for the LEP.

Marcia graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and began her career as an elementary school teacher while raising six children. She enjoys knitting, reading, college basketball, football, and traveling. Marcia is a devoted grandmother and spends a lot of quality time with her grandchildren: Sean, Becky, Katie, Hunter, Olivia, Finn, and Cash. She also adores her great grandsons: Connor and Foster.
