Jo Roth has been associated with the LEP since 2003 and came to DU after retiring from the State Community College System where she spend 25 years in Student Services, serving as a Dean and Vice President.

Her area of specialty is "Life Design and Organizational Development." She assists students in learning to manage their lives in an organized, proactive instead of a reactive manner. In working with students, her goal is to ultimately help them develop life skills that will be applicable not only to their tenure at DU, but will be valuable in their adult life after graduation.

Jo feels that the professional, caring staff of the LEP and DSP is one of the finest she has ever been associated with and that it is a privilege to work with them.
