Welcome from abroad and to the university of denver!
International students will find a warm welcome to their educational experience at DU through the International Student Orientation and Discoveries Orientation. These are both required transition programs for all of our international students.
Your orientation experience
International Student Orientation will take place during Discoveries Orientation. All international students are placed in orientation groups with a mixture of both international and domestic students where they will learn about the campus resources, academic expectations, and social engagement. Want to learn more about your Discoveries experience? Check out your respective tab above – “First Year Students” OR “Transfer Students.”
Are you an exchange student to DU? Contact Stephanie Roberts with the Office of International Education.
Arriving in the States
International students should coordinate their enrollment and arrival at DU with International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS). Their website is full of important information for incoming international students and is the first stop for any prospective international student.
Programs during Orientation will take place in various locations across campus. If you need accommodations due to a disability, please contact The Disability Services Program (DSP) at 303-871-2278 to discuss arrangements.
