You must submit:

1. Your DUtube video
2. Your completed application

To submit your video to the DUtube drop box:
Burn your video to a CD and submit it, along with your completed application to the drop box located in the Campus Life Suite on the 3rd floor of Driscoll North. Please label your CD with your name and the title of your video.

Note of anonymity: Your name labeled on your CD will only be used for prize notification if your video is chosen. Your name will not be made public or attached to the presentation of your video in anyway.  If you prefer to submit anonymously, please leave your personal information blank on the application - you will not be eligible for any prizes, as we will not be able to notify you if your video is used.  Please still label your CD with the title of the video.
