You must submit:

1. Your DUtube video
2. Your completed application

There are 2 ways to submit:

1. You can upload your video to the DUtube Portfolio Site.
2. You can burn it to a CD and submit it at a DUtube drop box.

To submit via the DUtube Portfolio Site:
Please download an application and email it to krueda@du.edu. You will then be emailed directions to create a portfolio folder and upload your video.  

Note on anonymity: If you submit via the portfolio site, your video will not be anonymous.  However, your name will not be made public or attached to the presentation of your video in any way.  Your name will be used only for prize notification in the event that your video is chosen. In addition, the intent of this project is to provide incoming students with stories of real experiences at DU. As a result, disciplinary action will not be initiated soley based on the content of your video unless there is concern about the risk of self-harm or harm to others.

To submit your video to a DUtube drop box:
Burn your video to a CD and submit it, along with your completed application to a DUtube drop box. Please label your CD with your name and the title of your video. DUtube drop boxes are located at the following locations:

• Health and Counseling Center
• Center for Multicultural Excellence
• Driscoll Info Desk
• Towers Front Desk
• J-Mac Front Desk
• Halls Front Desk
• Nelson Front Desk

Note of anonymity: Your name labeled on your CD will only be used for prize notification if your video is chosen. Your name will not be made public or attached to the presentation of your video in anyway.  If you prefer to submit anonymously, please leave your personal information blank on the application - you will not be eligible for any prizes, as we will not be able to notify you if your video is used.  Please still label your CD with the title of the video.
