Living at the University of DenverTo assist new undergraduate students in making the transition to independent living and to promote the academic success of our residents, the University of Denver has a two-year live-in requirement for students under the age of 21. We are proud to be actively building new facilities and offer a range of options from traditional residence halls for first-year students to furnished and unfurnished suites and apartments for upper division and graduate/professional students.
