Evans Chapel is a beloved landmark at DU. Built in the late 19th century in downtown Denver, tradition has it that it was disassembled brick by brick, and then reassembled in the center of campus. Used as a place of worship for decades, it also has become one of the most desirable places for weddings on campus.
