Men as Allies

Men as Allies is an undergraduate student group at the University of Denver under the umbrella of the Gender Violence Education and Support Services Office.  Men as Allies is committed to creating a safe environment where men can talk openly about gender violence, including issues of sexual assault, healthy relationships, stalking, and the overall gender inequality that permeates our society. Men as Allies will confront the terrible reality of violence against men and women.   We aim to educate men about the realities of female oppression and challenge the prevailing notions about gender. In so doing, Men As Allies will create effective advocates for social change.
