Graduate Tax Program

Degrees Granted

Graduates of accredited law schools successfully completing the Program receive the degree LL.M. in Taxation. All other candidates receive the degree Master of Taxation (M.T.). Both degrees are awarded upon the joint recommendation of the faculties of the College of Law and Daniels College of Business.

A dual degree program is also available, where a University of Denver law student may pursue the J.D. and LL.M. in taxation concurrently.
