MPO Study

Recently, the US Congress has become interested in improving the effectiveness of MPOs in meeting regional transportation needs. Congress has commissioned an independent study to help it determine what, if anything, may be needed to improve the effectiveness of MPOs in the transportation planning process. The University of Denver has been selected to perform the study.
