We believe that research can and should be an empowering experience for those who participate. And that research can powerfully bring together many people's voices and experiences to create change in our community.
We are grateful to the youth, women, and men who have participated in our research in Denver. By participating, they planted seeds that have grown over time, helping us to work together with community partners to be responsive to victims and survivors of trauma and violence.
Women's Health Project
We're LISTENING to women when they talk about unwanted sexual experiences.
- Have you had an unwanted sexual experience in the last year?
- Did you tell someone (such as a counselor, advocate, police officer, health provider) about that experience?
- Are you 18 years of age or older?
Women who answer yes to these questions are invited to participate in the Women's Health Project.
This study involves 4 interviews over 9 months with a female interviewer; you can receive up to $230 for taking part in the 4 interviews. For more information, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org, 303.871.4103, www.du.edu/tssgroup/womenshealth.
