Web Communications
The Web Communications department manages content at DU.edu. We do this by:

Identifying, creating and maintaining Web content that can be shared and used throughout all DU Web sites and that reflects the University's vision, values, mission and goals.

Partnering with and advising campus units on leveraging the Web to communicate with key external audiences. Our methodology is based on best practices in higher education and industry and focuses on the essential role content plays in the Web user experience.

Responding to Web feedback and monitoring and advocating for best practices. We do this by talking with users, reviewing user behavior, and regularly benchmarking and research other colleges and universities Web sites.

Monitoring DU Web sites for opportunities to improve Web content and provide recommended solutions.
