The following are the current prices as of 2007 for reserving the Multimedia Services videoconference room. If you have any questions, please call 303.871.3595.

IP-Based Calls

Please note that additional per-minute fees governed by Qwest's long distance charges also apply.

Conditions

1. All "dial out" conferences originated by Multimedia Services will incur ISDN connection charges, including test call. An organization number is required at the time a reservation is made for all University clients.

2. The rates listed above include network scheduling and complete technical support, but do not include far-end site searches, downlink fees, videotapes, or after hour surcharges. Weekend, early morning and evening sessions are subject to availability, and will generate additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of confirmed conference dates requires 24-hours advance notice. There is a charge of 50% of the room reservation amount for less than 24 hours notice. "No shows" will be billed for the entire reservation amount and may be denied future reservations.
