Order Voice Mail

There is a monthly charge for voice mail service. (See the Rate Table for current rates.) To subscribe to voice mail, simply complete the form below. If your order is submitted in this manner, you will receive your initial pass-code via return e-mail. A printed version of the subscription form can be found on page 13 of the Faculty/Staff Telephone Directory and may be submitted via campus mail or by fax to ext. 14468. Initial pass-codes for orders received via campus mail or fax will be sent via campus mail.
