Section Headings

You can add sections to a form with form fieldset labels. The fieldset label appears above the form element that begins the section. Each section requires three lines of code outlined below to be pasted into the Form Element Advanced field.

The following code begins a section and can be entered in to any Form Element type:

fieldset_start=true;

fieldset_label=Replace this text with your own Section Title;

The following code ends a section and can be entered in to any Form Element type:

fieldset_end=true;

All three lines of code can be applied to one Form Element if you only want one form field in a section:

fieldset_start=true;
fieldset_label=Replace this text with your own Section Title;
fieldset_end=true;
