Application for New WebEvent Calendar

By completing and submitting this application, you authorize University Technology Services (UTS) to create a WebEvent calendar for you to maintain. This authorization is not permanent. Your department may revoke it at any time. From time to time you may be asked to review information that your department presents on WebEvent and re-authorize this calendar.

An email will be sent to the Department Chair of your department for verification of this request, and approval is required before a calendar can be set up for you.

WebEvent calendars are owned by individuals in each department. You may have more than one person make entries on the calendar, but only one person can be designated as the calendar manager. The calendar manager must provide an e-mail address or the application for a calendar will not be processed. You must also provide a name and login for your calendar. If you have more than one person who will be making entries to the calendar, please provide a login for each. DO NOT include spaces in the login.

Password: You will be given a default password when you are notified that your calendar is available. You will be able to change your password when you login for the first time.

Any errors or omissions are the responsibility of the department and the manager, not University Technology Services or the University Communications. An email will be sent to the Department Chair for verification of this request.
