Other Common Connection Issues

- If the user is using another FTP client, such as WS_FTP, it's likely their files might not be checking in correctly upon saving. It's necessary to have the user back-up a local copy of their changed files, then undo their checkout from the Collage GUI. If the user has Dreamweaver available, then suggest using that in place of their FTP client to resolve the issue.
