Mat Pilates - 6-Week Series -This series will begin with the Five Basic Principles and essentials of Pilates and progress through more challenging exercises that will help participants develop true core strength and stability while heightening mind-body awareness.Perfect for both beginner and intermediate participants looking to build a solid foundation of Pilates. While it is not necessary to attend each session - it is encouraged to attend most as they build upon each other.

Yoga - 6-Week Series -This series is geared towards beginner and intermediate participants.   Yoga "challenges", asana selection, and class focus will vary. Expect the class to include some, but not to be limited to, flow breath work, hip work, strength and balance work.While it is not necessary to attend each session - it is encouraged to attend most as they build upon each other.

If you currently have a membership at the Coors Fitness Center you can take advantage of their newest program - Gear up for Summer!

Gear up for Summer is intended to get a person physically ready for summer by getting them in overall better shape via nutrition, education and physical exercise. The program will run for 8 weeks.

March 31-MAY 23

Initial testing the week of MAR 24-28; final testing May 25-30, and a mid-point test after the 4th week.
