Faculty and Staff Fitness Classes

well@du fitness classes are open to DU faculty/staff at no cost.

 

Vinyasa Yoga

A Vinyasa style series geared towards intermediate participants. Yoga "challenges", asana selection, and class focus will vary. 

 

Tuesday's - January 13th - June 23rd 

11:30am - 12:15pm -  Coors Fitness Center Studio C

 

Instructor: Blake Burger

Registration is not necessary but please arrive a few minutes early for your first class to complete some short paperwork. 

Iyengar Yoga 

An Iyengar style series geared towards beginner participants. Yoga "challenges", asana selection, and class focus will vary.

 

Wednesday's - January 14th - March 4th

Thursdays's - March 12th - April 30th

back to

Wednesday's - May 6th - June 24th
