well@du fitness classes are open to DU faculty/staff at no cost.

We're moving outdoors for the summer! 

Outdoor Vinyasa Yoga

A Vinyasa style series geared towards intermediate participants. Yoga "challenges", asana selection, and class focus will vary. 

Tuesday's - July 7th - August 25th

11:30am - 12:15pm - Meet on the East side of Mary Reed - shady lawn area

Instructor: Stephanie

Registration is not necessary.  Please bring a mat and water bottle.  Limited mats will be provided.

An Iyengar style series geared towards beginner participants. Yoga "challenges", asana selection, and class focus will vary.

Wednesdays - July 8th - August 26th 

11:30am - 12:15pm - Meet on the East side of Mary Reed - shady lawn area
