WELL@DU FITNESS CLASSES

well@du fitness classes are open to DU faculty/staff at no cost.

 

 

 

Yoga - 4-Week Series - A Vinyasa yoga series geared towards beginner/intermediate and intermediate participants. Yoga "challenges", asana selection, and class focus will vary. While it is not necessary to attend each session - it is encouraged to attend most as they build upon each other.

Mat Pilates - 6-Week Series -This series will begin with the Five Basic Principles and essentials of Pilates and progress through more challenging exercises that will help participants develop true core strength and stability while heightening mind-body awareness.Perfect for both beginner and intermediate participants looking to build a solid foundation of Pilates. While it is not necessary to attend each session - it is encouraged to attend most as they build upon each other.
