Faculty and Staff Fitness Classes

well@du fitness classes are open to DU faculty/staff at no cost.

 

Vinyasa Yoga

A Vinyasa style series geared towards intermediate participants. Yoga "challenges", asana selection, and class focus will vary. 

Tuesdays - Feb 2nd  through Apr 26  (no class 2/23)

11:30am - 12:15pm 

Location: Driscoll Student Center - Room 125, 135, or Gallery (please check Employee Wellness calendar as location rotates weekly)

Instructor: Stephanie

Registration is not necessary.  Please bring a mat and water bottle.  Limited mats will be provided. 

Iyengar Yoga 

An Iyengar style series geared towards beginner participants. Yoga "challenges", asana selection, and class focus will vary.

Wednesdays - Feb 3 through Apr 27

11:30am - 12:15pm 

Location: Driscoll Student Center - Room 125, 135, or Gallery (please check Employee Wellness calendar as location rotates weekly)

Instructor: Jessica Sherwood
