well@du fitness classes are open to DU faculty/staff at no cost.

 

NEW YOGA CLASS! Out of our Minds Yoga 

The Wellness Program presents 2 pop up yoga classes called, Out of Our Minds Yoga. This class will be taught by faculty member, Kate Willink. Universities are known for cultivating the "life of the mind". In this gentle yoga class, we will attend to the wisdom of the body. This class, which focuses on promoting a sense of calm and well-being is open to all levels. Please bring your mat, a few extra mats will also be provided. Class will be closed once full, so please register on Pioneer Web

Class #1 - Tuesday October 11th 4-5pm

Class #2 - Thursday November 10th 12-1pm

Vinyasa Yoga

A Vinyasa style series geared towards intermediate participants. Yoga "challenges", asana selection, and class focus will vary. 

Tuesdays -May 24th through September 27, 2016

11:30am - 12:15pm 

Location: Meet on the east side of Mary Reed, shady lawn area

Instructor: Stephanie

Registration is not necessary.  Please bring a mat and water bottle.  Limited mats will be provided. 

BEGINNING ON OCTOBER 4TH, CLASS WILL BE HELD IN STUDIO D IN COORS FITNESS CENTER. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO ATTEND.

Iyengar Yoga 

An Iyengar style series geared towards beginner participants. Yoga "challenges", asana selection, and class focus will vary.

Wednesdays -May 18th through September 28, 2016

11:30am - 12:15pm

REFIT®

Focusing on building relationships through fitness by creating a safe space encouraging participants of all shapes and sizes.

Class includes cardio, agility, strength, dance, toning, flexibility and stretching to value positive music.

Tuesdays - June 14th through September 27th

4:00pm - 5:00pm

Location: Driscoll Pub (where Subway is located)

Instructor: Kristin Olson

Registration is not necessary. Please bring a water bottle and something comfy to move in.

BEGINNING ON OCTOBER 6TH, CLASS WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAYS IN DRISCOLL SUITE 1864 (RM #145 DRISCOLL NORTH, 2ND FLOOR)
