Say "hello" to your money. HelloWallet is an online tool to help you manage your day-to-day expenses, build your savings and plan for the future. All benefited University of Denver employees are eligible to utilize this resource free of charge. Check out the comprehensive Getting Started Guide.

What is HelloWallet?

HelloWallet is an online financial tool that helps its members manage their financial life and provide personalized guidance to assist in saving money and paying down debt. With your new HelloWallet membership you have the tools to boost your savings contributions, pay off your debt and create financial goals.

Who can use HelloWallet?

Any benefited University of Denver employee with access to a computer with an Internet connection may use HelloWallet. HelloWallet is also available on the iPhone and Android.

What do I need to sign up for HelloWallet?

All that is needed to register for a HelloWallet account is (1) an email address, (2) a password, and (3) a ZIP code. Participants do not need to enter their mailing address or social security number to use HelloWallet. The Getting Started guide can help you prepare.

What can I do with HelloWallet?

You can use HelloWallet in a unique and powerful way to put your finances on autopilot and free up time and money to do the things you love in life. With HelloWallet, you will receive practical guidance for achieving your financial goals. You can monitor transactions across accounts in one place, create a budget, and automatically track your financial progress.

How secure is my information with HelloWallet?

HelloWallet takes the security of its participants very seriously. HelloWallet uses bank-level security and is a read-only system; none of your bank credentials are stored in HelloWallet. This means that you can only view and analyze your banking information through HelloWallet. You cannot transfer money or view sensitive information, such as account numbers or bank credentials. It's one of the most secure ways to view your money online.

Does HelloWallet share any of my information?

Keeping members' information private is very important to both the University and HelloWallet. HelloWallet does not share any personally identifiable information with third parties. HelloWallet will not disclose any information that is unique to you without your direct consent.

Health Insurance Wellness Incentive Program

Save $250 or $500 on your annual University of Denver health insurance premium by completing the Wellness Incentive Program. This program is available for new hires, current employees with an IRS Qualifying event that impacts their health insurance status and current employees during open enrollment (May 1-15 annually).
