Geoffrey Bateman's WRIT 1522 Class Blog

To supplement our in class discussions, students in my WRIT 1522 course and I have used a collaboratively-authored course blog to reflect on our reading, writing projects, and experiences working with Project Angel Heart. Each week, two students are responsible for posting an initial reflection and question for the rest of the class members, who then post their responses. Feel free to peruse the results. One of the unexpected advantages of using a blog (rather than a discussion board) was that it encouraged students to think of themselves as public writers, and it allowed me to share their reflections with staff from Project Angel Heart directly.
