Affiliations
The Cable Center
Located on the University of Denver's campus, the Cable Center provides leadership and expertise in issues related to the telecommunications industries.
Together with the School of Communication and the Amos P. Hostetter Chair, the Cable Center hosts a series of distance learning courses that links students from the University of Denver, Pace University, and George Mason University with some of the most prominent politicians and journalists in the U.S. live via satellite. These courses are made available for undergraduates under the direction of Steve Scully, Amos P. Hostetter Chair at the University of Denver who is also Senior Executive Producer and Political Editor for C-SPAN.
The Pew Internet & American Life Project
The Pew Internet & American Life Project has consistently provided the most accurate and intriguing research available on the uses of new media in the U.S. context. The Estlow Center's executive director, Lynn Schofield Clark, is a member of the Project's Academic Advisory Board.
The Association of Internet Researchers
This Association brings together the world's experts in new media research. The association hosts an annual meeting and has a vibrant online presence. It is also closely associated with the prestigious journal, New Media & Society.
Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication
This association is the largest gathering of those teaching courses in journalism at universities and colleges in the United States.

The state's premier association of professional journalists.
Journalism & Women Symposium
This organization supports women in journalism through various professional and networking opportunities.
The Society for Newspaper Design
The Society for Newspaper Design administers the SNDies, awards that recognize outstanding examples of multimedia use within news. The Estlow Center is a past host to the awards judging process.
The Colorado High School Press Association
This organization oversees all high school journalism programs in the state of Colorado.
Journalism That Matters
Journalism That Matters is a nonprofit that convenes conversations to foster collaboration, innovation, and action so that a diverse news and information ecosystem can thrive. The Estlow Center was Host to a JTM conference in 2012, and continues to collaborate with JTM in relation to the West Denver Community Journalism Project.
Online News Association
The Online News Association is the world's largest association of digital journalists. ONA's mission is to inspire innovation and excellence among journalists to better serve the public. Membership includes journalists, technologists, executives, academics and students who produce news for and support digital delivery systems. ONA also hosts the annual Online News Association conference and administers the Online Journalism Awards.
