Annual Reports

Faculty Annual Reports

Faculty and departmental chairs are asked to prepare the individual annual reports on their activities for the past academic year using Activities Insight. DU now uses Activity Insights for the annual review of faculty. In order to report their accomplishments from the past year, faculty need simply update entries in the Activity Insights program so that the information is current.

Department Annual Reports

Department chairs and directors are asked to prepare their departmental annual reports for the past academic year. These reports will continue to be prepared using the traditional form, found in the link below.

Timeline and Due Dates for 2014-2015:

Sept. 15                                    

Individual faculty reports are due to chairs and directors; Activities Insight should be updated and all information completed within the system.
Sept. 16 - Oct. 6 Chairs meet with individual faculty; complete/write faculty reports.
  • Note: This is a rolling deadline and depends on the date the chair/director meets with in the Dean; ALL reports should be completed by the date the chair/director meets with the Dean.
Oct. 7 - Oct. 21 Dean meets with chairs/directors to discuss both departmental reports and faculty reports.
