Lamont School of Music presents

Colorado Clarinet Day 2015

Colorado Clarinet Day

September 27, 2015

Welcome Message

Welcome to the fourth annual Colorado Clarinet Day!  It is once again time to enjoy a day of great clarinet music.  This year we will welcome Caroline Hartig, Professor of Clarinet at the Ohio State University and introduce the winner of our High School Young Artist Competition.  Clarinetists from the Colorado Symphony and Colorado Springs Philharmonic will join the professors from CU-Boulder, DU, CSU and MSU-Denver in an exciting potpourri recital.  Caroline Hartig will present a recital and clarinet master class and Wesley Ferreira will give a talk on one of his specialties.  Back by popular demand, a massed clarinet ensemble will present a concert of exciting clarinet choir tunes.

Come and check out the newest clarinets, reeds, ligatures, gig bags and accessories from:

Lohff and Pfeiffer
Rico
Kolacny Music
Altieri
Vandoren
Behn Mouthpieces

I am so excited to host the fourth year of this wonderful event.  Enjoy your time at the Lamont School of Music for the 2015 Colorado Clarinet Day.

I look forward to seeing you all.
